Trouble shooting hot water mixing in cold . Tom was able to accommodate our schedule and arrived early! He was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable having him in my home with my little kids underfoot. We explained the problem, and I expected to see the same look of "not knowing where to start" that I got from another plumber. But instead he did some trouble shooting and within 15 minutes was able to isolate and solve the problem! He also took the time to explain everything. He was extremely professional, courteous and respectful to our home (love those shoe-covers!). My family can now safely use the cold water without the fear of getting burned. Thank you Zoom Plumbing! A nice surprise

Waste Pipe Leak I called 3 contractors to get their quotes and feedback. One didn't show and the other competitor ended up being 4 times the cost!!!!! Although R?R?.. was friendly and knowledgeable, my jaw hit the floor when they gave me the quote from their 100 page price book. When Carlos came over he was really friendly, honest, and when he gave me a quote I was pleasantly surprised. Before he did any work, I made sure to review everything the previous plumber told me to ensure I was comparing apples to apples. After the job was complete, we chatted for a while, as he was a very friendly guy. Overall a great experience and he answered a bunch of questions I had about work I want done in the future. I will definitely call Zoom Plumbing again!

The Only PLumber for me

While showering this morning the water level in the tub began to rise. And rise. And rise. But it wasn't just the tub, the sinks in both the bathrooms and kitchen were also backing up. Not good. We tried to plunge and clear it but the water would not go down. We're new at being homeowners and didn't know exactly who to turn to. When we read the recommendations of Zoom Plumbing?s customers on citysearchwe made the call. We're really glad we did. They fit us in really quickly - they were at the house within an hour of our call - to accommodate our availability (it was either now or we go without water for 24 hours, not so easy with a one-year-old child. They came over, snaked it all and cleared it all out very quickly and cleaned up completely after the job. The plumber also pointed out a drain in the front of the house that needed to be attended to, taking the time to put the camera in to show us the issue for ourselves. He explained our options and let us know the cost of the repair. We're very pleased overall with the professionalism of this company and won't need to look any further for any future plumbing needs. I'd recommend Zoom Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem.
